Spider Information
Spiders are small, eight-legged creatures that are best known for sinning silk webs. Spiders sin webs so that they can catch insects for their food and even larger and stronger insect cannot escape. However, not all spiders sin webs. The bolas spider, for example, produces a line with a sticky end to catch insects.

No One Is Too Little To be Helpful
One hot day, an ant went to river to get a drink of water. Unfortunately, it fell in and could not get out. A bird saw a bird is in danger. The bird decided to help the ant by dropping a leaf in a water. The ant climbed onto the leaf and was saved. The ant promised to help the bird one day. Soon after that, a hunter came along and was going to shoot the bird. Just then the ant bit the man on the leg. The man's arrow missed the bird, and it flew away out of danger. The moral value is that no one is too little to be helpful....

Friendship day
International Friendship Day takes place on the first Sunday every year. The IS Friendship Day began in 1935 and is now celebration in many countries. On Friendship Day you pay tribute to your friends and appreciate the important role they played in your life…….
WHAT YOU CAN DO ON THIS DAY
+ call or SMS your friend in Friendship Day to let them know how much u appreciate their friendship.
+ write a note for each of your friend with suitable quotations about friendship and give it to them with a friendship bracelet, a flower, chocolate, stuffed toy or a cake……
+ ring up the radio station and dedicate a song to them….
+ take a photo of you and your friend
+ go boating, bowling or have a picnic by the beach
+ invite your friends over to your house (with your parent’s permission), play games, have some snack/drinks and watch a movie about friendship like Rain Man, Wizard of Oz, and Dumd and Dumber. Check out films at your local vedio shop:
+ plant a ‘Friendship Tree’ in your neighbourhood and green the environment…
What it means to me to be Patriotic
Patriotism means love of one’s country. It means that we love our country so much that we are prepared to fight against our enemies bravely.
There are many ways of showing love for our beloved country, Malaysia. To me, patriotism is not just flying the national flag or singing our national anthem ‘Negara Ku’. To me, patriotism is more than that.
To me, patriotism means loving and being proud of our land, our towns, our cities, our villages, our jungles, our parks, our beaches, our islands and also our country. So, hoe can we litter all over the place?? To show patriotism, we should keep our houses, our schools, our towns, our environment, and our entire country clean and free from litter. We should always keep the phrase ‘Don’t litter!!!’ in our minds and our hearts all the time.
To me, patriotism means helping others when they need help. We should help the poor, the disable and the old with our time, effort and money. When we help those who need us and show that we care for them, we are being patriotic.
To me, patriotism also means showing for other people. We should respect and honour one another although they are of a different race, colour and religion. When we respect them, it means we also respect them, it means we also respect our country. This is what patriotism means to me.
a healthy routine
seeing a same doctor when you are sick is smart... say researchers at the University Washington School or Medicine. In a study of 42,000 people. those who regularly visited a particular health care center were 16 per cent more likely to get flu shots and 19 per cent more likely to have mammograms than those with no regular site of care.. those who saw a same doctor were even likely to do so... why?? patients may be more wailing to trust and listen to a familiar doctor's recommendations. And doctor who know their patients are likely more aware of what preventive measures are needed...

One of the reason he like his new lady friend is her good taste..
she thinks I am handsome and is not shy about sharing her opinion with other....
At 74 years old, I naturally felt flattered.... but my ego trip ended when I drove her to the registry to renew her driver's licence... she didn't get it... she failed the eye test........hahaha
